Delivery
A&S strives to deliver items ordered on the site within the timeframe, expressed in working days, displayed in the order summary (DELIVERY METHOD Delivery times table).
The delivery time is calculated from the receipt of payment. A&S commits to preparing and handing over the order to the selected carrier within 24 hours of the order.
However, once the package is handed over to the carrier, A&S cannot be held responsible for any delivery delays or errors attributed to the carriers.
For products temporarily unavailable or out of stock, an email will inform you, and you are required to communicate your choice: refund, product exchange, or credit note.
Packages are generally prepared the same day or the next day.
We offer express deliveries which take 24 hours throughout Europe, Canada, and the USA.
Standard deliveries take 2 to 3 business days in Europe and 3 to 5 business days in the USA or Canada.
All our deliveries are made to your home.
Packages are left at a relay point if you are absent from home.
ATTENTION !!!! If your package is lost during delivery, we do not assume responsibility for its loss or refund.

Please note that for free or paid deliveries, customs fees may apply at your expense. A&S makes every effort to deliver your packages as quickly as possible; however, we cannot be held responsible for additional delivery delays caused by the customs services of the destination country.
