1. Do you deliver abroad?

We ship to all countries in Europe, Canada, the United States, and Africa.

Please contact us if you would like delivery to another country.

2. My item is damaged, what can I do?

If you have received a defective item, we will take it back.

3. I am not satisfied with my order, can I get a refund?

You can return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt. We only exchange goods; we do not refund. You must bear the shipping costs both ways.

Washed or used products should not be returned.

In case of a complaint or incorrect delivery, please always contact us. In case of a defect, please send us a photo of the defect by email.

Please do not return unpaid merchandise to us. Unpaid shipments are not accepted by us.
